there is a clicking noise in the front right of my 2001 nissan ultima when accelerating over 25 mph. It was fine until going over a chunk of ice. Not sure if its something from that or my oil? maybe a loose bolt? I just got my oil changed...

You need to check and verify where the noise is coming from or what is emitting it to be able to understand what could be wrong.
