noise tire or beraring

i have a humming coning from the front of the car worst at 40mph through 80mph tolerable at 70mph had the bearings changed about 2 years tire pressure is at 32-34 psi

Symptoms indicates the bearings are most likely to be faulty.

Check the tire thread for uneven wear. If none found the bearing should be the culprit.

When the axle shaft central nut is improperly torqued, premature failure of the bearing would occur.
