code P0304 misfire in cylinder 4

Hello i've got a 2001 Nissan Altima with how do i go about finding the problem and rectifying it? I've changed the intake gasket approximately 72K miles ago, don't know if that may help with this question.

Does it missfire more with the ac on if the ac works?

actually when the ac is on the vibration is less, but at idle and driving it is noticeable.
