Hi, my idling of my car is go up and down and is not running smoothly. A machanic said that i need to replace my throttle body. As he have cleaned it over and over. Can the throttle body be repaired?

You may need to replace it, but you also need to clean the Idle air control valve too and see if that does anything. They both may need to be replaced.
