Just filled with unleaded and going on highway it just loses power. Pulled up and fuel tank is pressurised. Husband pulled on a hose and it came off now he doesn't know where it goes back on underneath.. why is tank pressurised and where do hoses go undeRenata around fuel tank. It is not a fuel line

That should be the EVAP or venting hose. One hose is not connected to anything as it is for venting purpose. Fuel tanks would have a minimal pressure.
