My car died for no reason we thought it was the timing belt and its not it then checked the fuel pump it works. The car acts like it wants to start but wont. we checked the spark plugs and they get spark. what else could be wrong

So did you check your actual fuel pressure?Or are you assuming you have the correct pressure because you can hear your fuel pump run?Also any codes?Have you checked with a noid light for injector pulse?
