after I start the engine, I put in gear, but it didn't move.

the transmission fluid is clean.

the workshop-man use G-scan2 to check the gearbox. but can't communicate.

Usually when a scan tool cannot communicate, it is either the scan tool does not have the capabilities or there is a fault with the Power control Module ( engine computer). Try unplugging the PCM and reconnect and retest.
