I AM HAVING AN ISSUE WITH THE DIAL WHICH CONTROLS THE TEMP FOR THE HEAT AND AC IT IS TURNED UP ALL THE WAY TO THE RED ZONE BUT THE AIR STILL COMES OUT COLD ON BOTH THE HEAT AND AC DO YOU THINK THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE DIAL OR SOMETHING ELSE??

It could be a few things. Have you checked to see if both heater core hoses are getting hot when the engine is running, warmed up, and the heater is on? Have you checked to see if the blend air door is working properly?
