Code is po705 PRNDL input. I have reverse and 3rd gear any ideas on how to fix this?

Transmission would be locked on 3rd speed, known as "Limp Mode" when certain trouble codes are detected.

In your case the Park and Neutral Position switch has a fault and it could be the switch, its wiring or a faulty TCM. Diagnostics would have to be performed to verify the cause.
