The power mirrors and door locks horn and heater blower motor went out at once

I checked all the fuses as well as the relays all are good

there is a power supply issue as these cannot fail at the same time. look at the connections on the battery, re check all fuses with a test light. when you do find the power supply issue, you then ned to find out why they failed.
