2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Car Won T Start Sometimes Replaced Battery Spark

Car won't start sometimes. Replaced battery, spark plugs, and spark plug wires. When I jiggle the steering wheel it'll usually start. All electronics work even when car won't start.

have the ignition switch and wiring checked. it may be the issue
