2001 Mitsubishi Diamante Turn Signals Work Nor Does Make Blinking Noise Fuses

Turn signals dont work at all nor does it make a blinking noise. fuses are good. what can it be? where is the blinker rely located?

Relay is under the cventer console.
Are the hazard lights working?
Did you check the fuses underhood and underdash? 2 fuses are used.
