Is there a specific fuze for dash instroment and radio reset

Use a test light to check fuses for power on both sides. There is a fuse for the dash but you need to verify it first before looking at a cluster failure. As far as the radio, it has its own fuse. If it is ok, then the radio may have failed.

Check the fusible links at the battery with a test light. If one is bad, then you have to find the reason why it blew.
