coolant leaking

my Mercedes Benz C180 is leeaking coolant.Recently added coolant and in 2days its telling me low level coolant.I have even put an expensive seal still to no avail.How best should I solve this problem I dont have enough money to sent it to Mercedes now please help

All mechanics are able to do a cooling system pressure test, this will help locate the external coolant leak, it should only take a few minuets to do the test.
