2001 Mazda Tribute Let Set More Than 24 Hours Without Turning On Below Freezing

When I let the Tribute set for more than 24 hours without turning it on in below freezing temperatures, the engine makes a huge CLUNK sound. Almost like it's stuck. What could it be?

are you sure the coolant is not frozen from no antifreeze???
