My mazda mpv van would only startin netural but now it wont start at all we here the fuel pump come on and all the lights on the dash but it wont turn over

Does it turn over or is id completely dead. If its completely dead it sounds like the neutral saftey switch located under the battery tray on the top of the tranny.
