Car doesn't turn on

Hello
I have a Mazda MPV 2001 2.5L. While I was driving it, it suddenly turned off and doesn't turn on anymore. There is power and the fuel pressure is normal. What could be the reason that it doesn't turn on?

Do you have spark? If so check if the injectors are pulsing

Yes, there is a spark, but how can I check for the injector's pulsing?
Can I do it myself, or do I need to take it to a mechanic?
Also I want to replace the spark plugs, just in case, but they are placed in a hard to reach place; do you know if there is some special way for accessing them in this car?

To check injector pulses-Use a noid light-remove the injector harness and hook the noid lite on-Have someone crank the engine over-Is it flashing
