2001 Mazda MPV bogs out

I am repairing a 2001 mazda mpv. It bogs out when accelerated. I replaced the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, & fuel filter. It still does the same thing, but I also noticed when the gas cap is taken off after being driven there is no pressure.

Are there any trouble codes? Were the spark plugs and related components checked?
