Tuned up my 2001 mazda millenia now it won't stay startd what do i do?

Put in new plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor now car wont stay started. Does timing need to be fixed

If it was running fine before, check that the plug gaps are correct, the leads are on the correct order and no vacuum lines have been knocked off.
