2001 Mazda Millenia The engine wont turn over

When I turn the key in the ignition the dashboard lights up and I can hear the engine clicking - like its trying its hardest to turn over. Meanwhile the lights on the dashboard are flickering with each click. There has been no check engine light on over the past few days. I have had to replace a 2-3 of my fuel injectors over the past year or so but that created different problem details - I've never heard it clicking like this before.
