Our reference material isn't of much help. All it has is a weak paragraph on changing the mirror.
If you take a really high resolution photo, I should be able to give you some better tips.
Check the window crank, if equipped with manual windows. There might be a screw securing it to the mechanism. The armrest should have one or two screws in it. Check around the perimeter of the door trim to see if there are any other screws and remove them.
The door trim clips are usually pretty weak, so you need to be careful when popping them. There's a special tool that makes it easier, but unless you can rent or borrow one from some place like Autozone, it isn't needed. Use a butter knife and make sure you slide it right next to the clip and lift/pry carefully so as to not break the clip or the clip seat on the trim panel.
The outer door handle should be secured to the body by two nuts and bolts.
