2001 Mazda b3000 4wd will not shift out of low range

Moved switch from 2wd to 4hi to 4lo and will not go into 4hi or 2wd. Stays in 4lo. please help

Have the transfer case further checked by a drivetrain specialist could be a wiring or vacuum issue-also scanned the computer for codes
