How to Install the rear windshield wiper motor?

I have a 2001 mazda 323F and I need to install a new windshield wiper motor.

you need to remove the rear door panel to access the motor. Once it is off, remove the wiper arm, unbolt the motor, remove the wiring harness, and reverse the sequence to replace.
