2001 Lincoln Town Car You Tell Could Causing Fuel Pump Re Set Switch Keep Off

Can you tell me what could be causing the fuel pump re-set switch to keep going off?
I could not start the car so I pushed the re-set switch and the car started immediately. Drove the car to work and when I left at the end of the day - same problem, had to push the re-set switch in order to get the car to start.

Have the PCM power relay and the fuel pump relay checked out-
