My car is not turning over. Everything turns on fine so I know its not a battery.
I'm wondering if it is a starter or fuel pump and I don't know how to tell which
It is. Please advise approximate cost for each. Thanks

because if your security system is engaged it won't let thecar start, might be the battery is in poor condition as well which could engage your security system. most places check batteries for free.
