When my car hits a bump or if I go over 60 mph it sways all over the road what's the problem

You know we can't tell that without actually looking at it. Have the steering and suspension systems inspected at a tire and alignment shop. Ford has way more problems than all other manufacturers combined with parts separating leading to loss of control and crashes. Obvious noises and handling problems must never be ignored.
