This car has the 4.6 engine that runs very smooth after running for a minute or so but has an extremely loud clatter coming from I believe the cam and rocker area..... what would cause this? The oil is full and it was changed a few months ago with semi-synthetic at the Ford dealer. I'm suspicious about the oil pump.... what do you guys think?

Thanks.

Cold weather can cause it if the oil weight used is too heavy. Was 5w30 used?
