2001 Lincoln Continental Engine Idle

The engine idles fine in park and neutral but idles rough in gear. Otherwise it runs good and has good power. There are no scan codes present.

Seems like the idling speed is too low causing the problem. Have the throttle body/IAC and retest.

Cleaning the throttle body and IAC would help to stabilise the idling speed.
