I have a 2001 lexus rx 300 a transmission technician just rebuild the transmission but the truck still have an hesitation i take it back to the shop and this guy tell me that Its because the computer needs to be updated and i want to know if this is truth.. Thanks and i wait for a response..

I doubt it, but in any case if that is so, he should be doing it as part of the re build.
