2001 Lexus Rx 300 First Time Oil Down More Than 2 Quarts After 5 000 Miles Since

For first time oil was down more than 2 quarts after 5,000 miles since last change and driving in the mountains. This change down 2 quarts after 3,000 miles. No leak, no check oil light on, and no evidence of any other problem from tailpipe. What should I do, if anything?

With that mileage-if its not leaking anywhere could be burning in the cylinders due to rings and valves/seals -time to do an engine compression to determine the engine condition
