how do I remove play on the frint OS hub. MOT falure

The car failed on three things Both front bottom ball joints which I've done. and play in the off side front hub. I can't seem to get at any adjustment nut aas there seems to be a cover where I thought a main nur should be as in front wheel drives.

it's not adjustable, replacement only
