2001 Lexus Lx 470 Car Will Start Had Towed Auto Shop They Took Off Tow Truck

My car will not start. I had it towed to an auto shop and when they took it off the tow truck, it started up. They could have find anything wrong. I drive it back home and three days later it will not start again. What could be the problem?
