Back door will nor open

Back door will nor open. When I lock doors horn sounds as if a door is open. Happened once before and AA re sequenced the door locking system. HOW?

You may need a scanner to do this or it may be in the owners manual, I can't see anything on the data base I have to hand but I can look further into it, I will have to get back to work to see what is on my work data base.
