I WAS TOLD MY FRONT WHEEL BEARING OR BEARINGS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WHEN I CALLED THE CSR FOR AN ESTIMATE, SHE SAID THEY HAD TO CHECK THE SUSPENSION,AS THERE SEEM TO BE TWO PAIRS OF BEARINGS ON THE FRONT OFMY KHIA ( AN INNER ONE, AND AN OUTER ONE). MY QUESTION, IF THEY DID NOT ALREADY CHECK THE SUSPENSION HOW DO THEY KNOW I NEED A NEW BEARING?

They apparently were told the symptom or they observed it on a test-drive. We weren't given that information.
