I have a kia sportage, 2001, no power at all and a clicking coming from the fuse box?...any ideas?

car ran fine this morning, but i have had problems with my keyless entry in the past and occasional dead battery for no obvious reason. disconnecting the battery will stop the noise but restarts when you reconnect.

Have the battery load tested and also check the starter control circuit-
