No communication, no spark, cranking but not start.Check battery by replacing new. Technician report ECU go to dealer. Can we get ecu and How to replace?

You can get a preprogrammed ECU by searching Google or Ebay. Here is the location of the ECU and how to replace it. I would check all fuses first though. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
