2001 Kia Rio Car overheats does not start

My car overheated and no longer starts, I replaced the radiator and thermostat and it still does not start don't know what else to do.

If you overheated is severely you could very likely have sever internal damage now. The first steps should be a complete compression test, cooling system pressure test and cylinder leakdown test.

If that is the case, that would be terminal for the engine and you will be replacing the whole engine.
