will not idle pass 2,000 rpm nor will it run pass 20 mph?

Hi my car turn on it will not idle pass 2,000 rpm nor will it run pass 20 mph,i don't have a check eng.on but have change the iac valve,i clean the egr valve and the tps as well. can anybody help me thanks..

clean throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner check for a vacuum leak, bad hoses etc.
