My back passenger tire shakes and squeals as soon as it starts moving I'eve only had it a week. What could cause it?

Sounds like it could have a brake problem in that wheel. You need to get the car on a lift and check all the wheels and brakes. If that brake is frozen, crack the bleeder open to see if that releases it. If so, the problem could be the flex line.
