I HAVE SEEN "MECHANICAL ISSUES"-------SUCH AS A ROCKER ARM NUT OR BOLT BACKING OUT

BUT MOST OF THE TIME IT'S A "TAPPET" (HYDRAULIC LIFTER ISSUE)

I'VE APPROACHED THE PROBLEM THREE DIFFERENT WAYS

THIS WAY.....MOST LIKELY WILL HELP WITHOUT DIGGING IN ANY DEEPER...........SEE MY LINK

https://www.2carpros.com/questions/1983-ford-falcon-hey-ther-got-noisy-lifters-dne-oil-change-put-mbl8-they-still

THE NEXT WAY INVOLVES CHANGING PUSH RODS, USUALLY ON THE "TICKING ONES", TO RODS A TEENY-TINY BIT LONGER (I CAN EXPLAIN THIS MORE IN DEPTH, SHOULD THE "MMO" NOT HELP YOU WITHIN A FEW WEEKS)

THE LAST RESORT BEING REPLACING THE TAPPETS

IF YOU ARE NOT MAINTAINING YOUR ENGINE AS PRESCRIBED IN "SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE"

..........YOU MAY HAVE CAUSED SOME PERMANENT DAMAGE THAT NONE OF THIS WILL MIRACULOUSLY REPAIR

YOUR TURN
