Driving down the road at any speed the car shakes like the transmission is slipping, but the rpm never change. I have one engine code for a misfiring #8, I have replaced the plugs but not the COPS.

If you have a misfire then you need to fix that problem. It could be the coil. It could also be a fallen rocker arm (not a surprise on this motor).

Update, once it warms up to operating temp, and you drive it, it feels like the rear axle jerks, the rpms don’t go up or down so I know the transmissions not slipping, fluids good in both front and rear diff's, engine code says nothing about it except running lean on cylinder 2 and 6, which I think means I need to get a new fuel filter, I dont think its ever been replaced, it's got new plugs, the gas lines have been cleaned out, it's got 2 new coil packs. Brakes are fine, transmission fluid is clean and filled. Have no idea, I thought maybe the TPS but it only does it once the car is warmed up and ran for a while, and it does it over 30 mph, not less. Something else, I was living in Boise where elevation is around 2,730 ft above sea level, now I am living in Idaho Falls where the elevation is 4,700 ft above sea level.
