Bleeding Break problem

I removed right front brake hose and now i am trying to bleed brakes 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. can't get converter valve back on dead center.

Are you referring to the pressure-differential valve under the master cylinder? That is spring-loaded. It's only on Fords that centering that valve is extremely frustrating. If the warning light is on, a good hard jab on the brake pedal will reset it if it is stuck. That valve won't prevent brake fluid from flowing to the calipers.
