1. The brake sysytem is poor, when we changed the break pads it worked well, after a month the same problem resurfaced what can be the problem?

2. The front passemger seat window can not be closed, why?

1 is the brake system been bled? are they crappy pads? lot of things can cause this. were the rotors turned and do they have grease on them?
2. is it a power window? if not take the door panel off and see why the regulator isn't working?
