I don't have any headlights or turn signals?

I don't have any headlights or turn signals. I did up until last week. I tried replacing the headlight switch but it didn't help. I do have dash lights, parking lights and brake lights. The high beam indicator does come on. What could it be?

the multifunction switch may be bad or body module

Yep, fuse # 19 is out, it power both systems, please check it out with this guide and I have included the fuse locations in the images below.
