replacing remote key fobs have done this before by turning ignition key from position 0 - position 2 6 times rapidly whilst drivers door open this puts the remote sensor in to learning mode you know when this is achieved by a audible chime this time n chime sound auto locksmith said poss fuse need help

you may need a professional to use a scanner to install at least one they will only do so many. try looking on line as there is active and passive theft systems on this car.
