2001 Jaguar S Type Had Heat Bought Car Changed Heater Control Valve About 2 Days

I never had any heat when I bought the car so I changed the heater control valve and I had heat for about 2 days then it stopped working again. We flushed the radiator and bled the system with still no heat. Have any idea what it could be now?

clogged heater core. the old valve may have had gunk in it and now it is in the heater core
