2001 Jaguar S-type I Never Had any Heat When I Bought the Car so I Changed the Heater

I never had any heat when I bought the car so I changed the heater control valve and I had heat for about 2 days then it stopped working again. We flushed the radiator and bled the system with still no heat. Have any idea what it could be now?
