after changing the wheel hub in front every time i apply brake i feel and hear grinding sound. i unplug the abs pump and i dont hear it nomore. I change brake pads, rotors,caliper n abs pump. What can be the problem?

It sounds like the brake sensor is telling the computer that the wheel is locking up. Check the sensor. Make sure you didn't damage any wiring when you did the work. If the computer doesn't receive a signal from the sensor that the wheel is turning (due to an open circuit or broken wire) it thinks the wheel is locked and will actuate the ABS.
