If my car sits for a long time it won't start. This happens when the car has been sitting for a long time. If I turn the steering wheel different ways, it will eventually turn over, When the car is warm, no problem. My fan belt just broke and in the process of replacing, found I need a new idle pulley, so was going to drive to get one, it won't start at all now. Also have a brand new battery. Is it the starter or wiring?
