Radiator is pushing water out of reservior and causing it to over heat, put a new water pump and therm stat on it but no one can find the problem , please help ?

You may have a blocked radiator, or a head gasket problem, start with getting the radiator core cleaned, a back flush will not do, you should get a full core clean.
